Email flythecircle@gmail.com for account access, bug reports, privacy requests, or feature feedback. Please include the platform you use, your iOS or browser version, and clear reproduction steps. Never send a password, verification code, session token, or Apple/Google credential.
Common checks
- Confirm that your device is online, then pull to refresh the video library.
- Use the same LogTuber account on Chrome, Web Notes, and iOS when checking synced notes or transcripts.
- If read-aloud fails, retry on a stable connection; downloaded speech cache is replaceable.
- If a sign-in method fails, try email sign-in and include the error message in your support request.
Privacy choices
You can sign out, clear replaceable iOS caches, remove browser-local extension data, or permanently delete your LogTuber cloud account. Read the privacy policy for the full data-handling description.
Delete your account
In the iOS app, open Account, choose Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. The app sends a permanent deletion request and removes its local session and account cache after the service confirms deletion.
If you cannot access the app, use the dedicated account deletion request instructions. Deleting LogTuber does not delete your Apple, Google, or YouTube account. Browser-local extension data must be cleared separately in the browser.
